As a new vendor, we understand it might take some time for you to find your way around Jeugmark’s dashboard.
In this article, we will be explaining how to update item(s) status.
How to mark item(s) as Ready for Delivery and update after Delivered
On Computer
- Login as a Vendor.

- Select Customer Orders in your dashboard.

- Scroll to the item that is Ready for Delivery. Next, select Ready.

- Once the item is picked up from your place, go back to the dashboard to select Delivered.
On Mobile
- Login as a Vendor.

- Go to Customers’ Orders.

- Scroll to the item that is Ready for Delivery, then scroll left. Next, select Ready. Once Ready is selected, the check mark will automatically change to green.

- Once the item is picked up from your place, go back to the dashboard to select Delivered.
