This is why WE DON’T PAY SELLERS UNTIL BUYERS CONFIRM ORDER RECEIPT AND SATISFACTION.

Here is a guide on how to confirm orders on Jeugmark.

As a seller

Desktop/PC

  1. Log In to your Vendor Account.

  2. Select Customers’ Order. Choose Ready for Delivery to alert Jeugmark of order readiness. Once picked up, change the Status/Action to Delivered.

On Mobile

  1. Log In to your Vendor Account.
  2. Select Customers’ Order. Choose Ready for Delivery to alert Jeugmark of order readiness. Once picked up, change the Status/Action to Delivered.

As a Buyer

Desktop/PC

  1. Log In to your Buyer‘s account.

  2. Select Shipped Orders. Next, click confirm option on the item concerned.

Mobile

  1. Log In to your Buyer‘s account.
  2. Select Shipped Orders.
  3. Next, click confirm option on the item concerned.
  4. Choose whether to pay Seller or not (depending on your satisfaction of the order). Then click Submit.
  5. Decide if you are interested in Vendor Rating.
